No you can't feel them cutting you. It's weird. You will get an epidural or spinal and within 15-20 minutes, you will be somewhat numb. You will have feeling, you'll be able to move your toes and will feel them touch you, feel pressure and things like that, but you won't feel any pain at ALL. Don't worry!

I felt everything that was done to me, it just didn't hurt at all.

The only thing I felt was them pulling and tugging on me but it didn't hurt at all. The worst part is your epidural or spinal and thats nothing really.
