Possibility Of Pregnancy One Month After Delivery

I just had a little one via c-section one month six weeks ago. I went to the dr. today and the urine test came back positive. They are going to follow-up with a blood test. I br___tfeed and supplement formula (about 50/50). Is it really possible that I am pregnant? Anyone else know of this happening? I know this is rare... Thanks.

Anything is possible. Your are extremely fertile when you first have a baby. So I guess if you are ....congratulations to you! I have my second one on the way and my daughter is only 11 months old!
