Puffy Around Incision After 3 Weeks

Is it normal for my belly to still be quite puffy just above the c-section incision? I feel like it's never going to quite go down like it was before; it's been 3 weeks since my section

Tammy, I am 5 weeks post c-section (my 2nd) and still have that puffiness above the incision, like a little shelf. I do not recall this with my first c-section. I hope it goes away when I lose the extra weight!

yes it is normal as long as it is not red, hot, or really tender which would be signs of an infection.
