Last night I had some alcohol free wine and tierra misu. I now realize both have alcohol in them. I am 16 weeks pregnant. Should I worry?

That alcohol free wine has such a minute amount of alcohol, I think it's fine. I drank that during my first pregnancy and my little girl is 100% healthy and perfect! I wouldn't worry about the tiramisu either. But next time, maybe don't have it because the ladyfingers they use to make it are soaked with espresso. But I wouldn't worry for a second if I were you.

those amounts are SO insignificant.
I say Good For YOU, you are obviously very self concious and trying to do the best for baby. Relax and enjoy :)

I take little sips of my husband's wine, with food, maybe a few days a week and I'm not worried about it at all. I'm 12 w 4 days. I think we Americans get a bit extreme with our absolute rules. Just use your head.

Not at all! Alcohol free beverages contain little, if any, alcohol. Obviously you wouldn't want to guzzle them at all hours of the day, but a little here and there shouldn't hurt. As for the dessert, most foods that are prepared with alcohol contain little enough and are pretty safe, again as long as you don't eat it with every meal. Good luck.
