I am a chocolate lover but I know that caffeine isn't good for the baby. Can anyone tell me how much chocolate I can eat that would be safe? I don't eat chocolate everyday but at least one or two bars a week. I don't drink coffee, tea or coke or any kind of pop for that matter.

You can eat chocolate to a certain extent, not everyday or 5 times a day. Nestle' chocolate is the best choice.

I've heard chocolate doesn't contain enough caffiene to really do any harm like coffee and pop do. Good luck!

I read an article that women who do eat chocolate have happier babies, and there is a safe amount of caffiene you can ingest, it's on the march of dimes website and probably here somewhere.
