Is goat cheese processed? I had it on a pizza, in a restaurant the other night. I thought about it being a soft cheese later.

It is a soft cheese but you had it on a pizza which I hope they cooked. If so you should be fine the heat killed anything that could have been harmful.

Makes no difference if a cheese is hard or soft. The word you're looking for is Pasteurization. Many doctors claim unpasteurized cheeses may be harmful to a fetus, but there's no research to back up that statement. Most cheese in Europe is unpasteurized and has been since the beginning with no ill-effects.
