I Am So Tired Of Eating

I know I should eat better and more often during pregnancy, but I have a question. I am 13w and was wondering if there comes a time when you are not hungary every couple hours or if that last through the whole pregnancy? Seriously, I am soooo sick of eating that I barely enjoy food anymore and if it's gonna continue I need to seriously expand my culinary skills.

I had no appet_te during the first trimester and part of the second, but now at 20w my appet_te has started to pick up. So I think your appet_te will pick up soon and you will want to eat! Good Luck!

Thanks socalmom. It's weird. I am hugary and I want to eat, I just feel like so much of my time is taken up with eating and I get tired of thinking of new things so I don't get sick of the same thing over and over. I am very fortunate that I have a job where I can eat all day. I don't know how anyone with a 'in the public' job could do this. I appreciate your commnet and look forward to things getting alittle more normal!

I feel your pain EXACTLY....and despite how much I can not STAND eating anymore...I seem to not care at the moment! I'm 31 weeks now, and unfortunately, it's only gotten worse. I find myself wanting to eat all the time, and on top of that, never feeling full, although always feeling more and more in pain. Try to just pace the eating, and eating things higher in carbs and protein, that way you'll be filling yourself up more quickly, and it'll save you from eating so much. =( Good Luck.

Thanks Kimmikazi! Everyone said it would get better my 2nd trimester, but no. My doctor won't even give much insight on this one. Weird thing is, I have only gained 5-6 pounds. When I mention how much I am eating people seem to think I am concerned about weight gain, but I don't care. If I gain 100 lbs but the kid is healthy it would be worth it. You hang in there too, you don't have much longer to go!! And FYI, apples with peanut b___ter were great for helping me feel full, but I ate too much and needed to take a break from them. I will definatly keep the carb and protein thing in mind!
