There is alot of talk about if you can eat fish (cooked or raw). But what about sh__lfish? Scallops, shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, oysters, etc? Cooked and/or raw. Anyone know??

I have read that you cant eat tuna because of the mercury content. I ate prawns with both my daughters who are very healthy. I havent found anything against them but i suppose they can give you food poisining people in general say shellfish is a bit dodgy.

Shellfish I heard was bad...that pregnant women should stay clear of it because of the bacteria it can carry. Salmon and Tuna, my doctor recommended I limit to sparingly during my pregnancy. He did say however that I should stay away from ANY uncooked fish, including sushi, and to make sure what you eat is properly cooked.
