Is it terribly bad if I don't take my pills everyday like I am suppose to? I'm afraid that something will happen to my baby.

Just try and remember. I don't have the best of memories and I am so surprised that I managed to remember to take it everyday without forgeting once. Is it because the pill makes you sick or you just forget? Don't worry just try and remember to take it every day because it is so healthy for the baby. :)

Try not to forget your folic acid, that the most important one because it prevents spinal befia in your pregnancy. I have my bottle on the table and take my pills right after dinner...if it's not in front of me I'll forget.

I agree with Jessica, just try not to forget. I do once in a while. But I've found that if I take them at the same time every day I tend to remember more. It's always better to take them with food or milk so it doesn't upset your stomach too much. Good Luck.

I always take my pills after breakfast. You should take them with or after foof in case they upset your stomach. If you are afraid, you really should do your best to take them every day - they are pre-natal vitamins for a reason!

I know of some women who can't take them cause they make them ill. So as long as you take your folic acid then I wouldn't worry too much about missing one or 2 pills

J~ I think it's fine to take prenatals even if you aren't prego.A friend of mine was trying to get pregnant for 2 years and was on prenatals the whole time. You just shouldn't take any other daily vitamins that could be too much.

Hello, I am the mother of a toddler, and 17 weeks pregnant. I have the bottle of vitamins sitting on the counter, and quite frequently, I'll forget to take them. It makes me so mad, but I am eating healthy and I'm sure that my baby will be fine. I also have started following my daughter's habit of eating cheerios for breakfast, as they are fortified with all kinds of vitamins, including folic acid. Also, I know I eat healthy, 2 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruits, also protein and whole grains. I just have always been bad at taking pills. I had to have an IUD after my dd for this very reason (: Anyway, try not to worry too much. As long as you are eating healthy your baby is getting all that he/she needs.
