Unpasteurized Fruit Juice

I just bought some fresh fruit juice (pineapple/orange) and had about 4-5 mouthfulls before I realized there was a label on the bottle stating that it was not pasteurized. It was freshly suqeezed, bottled and then stored in crushed ice... My OB office is closed on Friday afternoons and I was wondering whether such a small amount could be harmful - I just emptied the rest of the bottle down the sink and will know better next time! Any advice? Thanks! D. :0)

I think you'll be o.k.. but be sure to let your doctor know so they can be on the lookout for any signs of lysteria & get it treated quickly.

Don't drink or eat anything not pasteurized it's possible to have bacteria in the juice i wouldn't risk it. But I dont think that a few swallows would hurt the baby
