Is it okay to eat leftovers from dinner the night before? I hear all about foodbornillness' so you would think if you nooked it up really good it will kill bacteria right.?

Leftovers from the night before should be just fine. We usually eat leftovers for 2-3 days, maybe less if there is meat in the meal. As long as you refrigerated the leftovers, and it was fresh to begin with, it should stay good for a few days.

Correct. You just want to make sure that you heat the leftovers until they are steaming hot. Even so, cooking food does not always kill all varieties of bacteria. To be on the safe side, I would only eat things that have been in the refrigerator for 2 days or less.
