Prenatals Alone Or With Reg Multivitamins

Hello- When taking prenatals are you suppose to stop taking your reg multivitamin or continue with both?

I think so because you would be doubling up your intake of the various vitamins in the pills.

You should only be taking the prenatals. Just as important as they are, too much of vitamins is also not a good thing.

Sapi- Defintely prenatals only...vitamin toxicity is very possible and very dangerous when you are pregnant...be especially carefeul with vitamin A...it is the most toxic and the most harmful to the baby
