Hi Raquel. I am almost 11 weeks pregnant and I have lost over three pounds during this trimester. I think it is from all the nausea and vomiting. I haven't felt like eating anything and when I do eat, I can only eat a very small amount before I feel gross. I read in a pregnancy book that many women do lose weight in the first trimester, and it is okay as long as it isn't an extreme amount of weight. I am going to see my doctor tomorrow and I will ask her about this and post back to you okay? By the way, how much weight have you lost?

I am 10 weeks 4 days pregnant and when I went to the doctor yesterday, I was told I weighed 6lbs less than I did a month ago! I have not been sick, just paying attention to what I have been eating. My doctor said that it is perfectly fine just as long as I am not skipping meals.

hey, im 15, and 12 weeks and one day pregnant. since i found out ive been pregnant *which was 6 weeks and 4 days* ive lost over 10kilos, i dont know how much that is in pounds, but ive lost all appet_te, i force my self to eat just a slice of toast, or an apple or something, and ive recently started pa__sing out because of it, my midwife has told me if i dont start eating more i'm going to be put into hospital with a drip. losing weight during pregnancy can be normal, but if your losing too much it can cause problems, including slowing the progress of ur unborn baby.
