Cramp Terrible Pain Round Ligament

Hi I have been getting some stretching pain since about 11 weeks but for the last week or so (I am 19+1) I have been getting what I can only describe as a st_tch type pain in my lower right abdo area (almost where your appendix would be) has anyone else suffered with this and has anyone got any idea what it is please as really worried that there is a problem with bump.
