Hi. I'm 13 and 1/2 weeks. I keep getting these nasty, long-lasting neckaches and headaches. I am reluctant to take tylenol. I have sometimes, but I'd rather not. I have gotten some relief from a heating pad on my neck. Any other ideas? Thanks.
