Have you tried changing toilet paper? I was having the same problem and it was because I urinate so much and am constantly wiping. The toilet paper I was using irritated me. Hope this helps!!

They make toilet paper with lotion in it...it can be really soothing. Another thing that can help is to keep a little squirt bottle of water by the toilet and rinse the area after you pee. I think if it were me, I would try diaper rash ointment...if it's good enough for our babies' bottoms, why not ours? Hope you feel better.

I've never really gotten rid of mine either, but it was better after I went to a naturopath and followed an "anti-inflammatory" diet for a while. Lots of water, no alcohol or refined sugar or cheese. Tried the baby rash cream for a while and thought it was about as good as the yeast cream. Try using the canesten for about 3 weeks straight. Also, Tide detergent is probably the worst irritant. I'm having a brief remission at the moment, but I'm sure it'll be back if I have a gla__s of wine or don't drink enough water. Nilstatin and Diflucan didn't work for me, but maybe I didn't take them for long enough. Good luck!

I had this all the way to about 25 weeks. I was scratching down there all the time and I mean ALL the time. It was horrible and NOTHING worked over than a cool fan b__wing over that area...so I feel your pain and nothing worked for me either.

Years ago my best friend had this problem to some extent, and her doc told her to use a b__w dryer to dry down there after bathing. So once she got rid of the infection she began doing that and it helped. the moist wipes sound like good advice too!
