I Feel Like Im Going To Start My Period HELP

I am 23wks and 2days and this morning i felt this wierd aching pain in my lower back and lower stomach....it basically feels like im gonna start my period is this normal??? and does anyone else have this feeling??? it especially hurts when i first wake up for like 2 hours..any advice would really help..thanks!!!

When you get up does it feel like you have to pee really bad?! i know when i wake up and have to go bad, i have cramping like that. Other then that it may just be ligaments and pressure on your back maybe the way the baby is positioned, or the way your sleeping, If it hurts that bad maybe you should call your doctor just to be on the safe side!

I have had the period cramp feeling throughout my entire pregnancy. I am 36 weeks, and now it happens a lot. If you are concerned, maybe check with your doctor. When is your next visit?

I'm not even 3 weeks and sometimes I'm sure I'm about to start my period. Other times I have a shooting pain that lasts a few seconds and for the last 24 hrs I'm having pain mostly on my right side accompanied by what feels like strong right sided menstrual cramps. They are intermittent, go to my back and down my leg - like my menstrual cramps. I called the on call doctor last night and although she didn't seem worried b/c it's probably too early for an ectopic, I'm still nervous. I've read many places that cramps (even severe) are very common and my doctor confirmed this last week. I guess it would be more rea__suring if the symptoms were consistent but it's something new everyday. Reading the posts on this site is actually the only real rea__surance I have felt about many of my symptoms. Thanks.
