Just wondering if anyone knows how to stop those from happening or what to do when they do happen? Right now I have had some good practice on my breathing for labour since that's the only thing that seems to help....HELP!

you mean those HORRIBLE pains in the calf in the middle of the night that make you scream like a crazy person and your husband has no idea what's your problem? i know them well. i hear it has something to do with calcium - too much, too little, not sure. either way, you need to put your foot on a COLD floor. or, stretch the muscle - DON'T point your toes, that makes it worse, point them back to your head. hope that helps!

Yeah...and even that won't help!! The best way to feel better is to punch your husband - so he stops grumbling at your squeals!!!

Making sure your taking in enough calcium and stretching your calves before bed is supposed to help!
