Legs And Arms Falling Asleep

Hi I am 9 weeks preg. and I am noticing that my Limbs are tending to fall asleep alot lately can anyone help me out here.

are you experiencing swelling, if so you may be retaining water...I found that elevation and a cold pack always brought the swelling down for me.

Are you overweight? I am and I am also 23 weeks preg, my arms fall asleep all the time. I am constantly getting up in the middle of the night and stretching my neck to relieve my numbness in my fingers/arms. It is awful!!! I think it has to do with a pinched nerve. I read in this book that if it is your two middle fingers and your thumb falling asleep then it's carpal tunnel and to wear an arm brace to sleep in. Good Luck!!
