This happened today to me. It has not happened since. I am 9 weeks and so far everything is going well but this has me concerned.

when I got pg the first time when I wiped it was lite pink... but in lasted for about a week then I m/c at about 7 1/2 weeks... i am now pg again ( 12 weeks) and have experienced the same thing and my doctor says everything is fine... so i wouldn't worry to much unless it keeps happening.. in could be anything :) have you heard the hb yet?

Thank you for your help. Yes, I have heard the hb several times. Everything is going well. My doctor said it was probably due to the placenta and uterus expanding.
