Muscle Tearing Pain Under Right Rib

Hi,
I have this constant pain under my right rib like my muscle is being torn from the rib area, this in turn making the skin above that area so sore to the touch. I have had this pain scince around 18 weeks I am now 24 weeks. Oh by the way, I am pregnant with twins. Any help to ease the pain??

hi tracy! sounds like your babies like to hang their little feet up there!!! i only have 1 and i feel the EXACT same way ALL the time. this is my 2nd pregnancy (im 32 wks) and with my 1st i could push her down but this one is up like behind my b___b! if i try to push on her it hurts even more, and how about if you move the wrong way.....OUCH!!! i have found a few things that help.....those thermacare heat pads and a cold shower, but pretty much its just something we have to deal with, my ob told me to try tylonol as well! good luck xoxo -christy
