I am 34 weeks pregnant with my first baby. My brother came up to me with a question and I have no idea what to say to him. Yesterday he calls me and tells me he thinks he got his girlfriend pregnant, his girlfriend is only 13 years old (she just turned 13 two weeks ago), he asked me to put myself in his situation and I told him flat out I really don't know what to do. I'm 21 years old and I'm living with the father of my baby, were going to get married next year...so my life has been doing really good. Anyways going back to their life, he's 18 years old...so it's a HUGE deal. Her mom is constantly with them, so I have no idea how they had the time to have s_x. My brother can barely support hisself let alone his girlfriend. His girlfriend his flat out rich! My brother still lives with my mom, a high school drop out and no job! PLEASE HELP ME...I really don't know what to say or do for him! Any advice?!

Don't stress out about your brother's life...you can't really fix it, and you don't need the extra worries right now. Your brother should be worried about going to jail, though. She must have been 12 when he actually got her pregnant, right?

Thank you so much Jbear for responding. I told him he can go to jail, because she was 12 when he actually had s_x with her. I'll keep you updated, I know they took a test a day ago so the results will be in by monday or tuesday! Thank you....you're right I shouldn't stress!
