I am 5 weeks pregnant, before I knew I was pregnant I had cramps in my lower abdomen, kknow that i do know sometimes iI still have this cramps in the same place...three days ago I've experienced really weird spotting, but it was some sort of va___al mucus(sorry for the spelling)mixed with really ligh pink (blood), but it was almost nothing, not even a drop of blood...the next day me and my husband had intercourse and all of the sudden the light pink weird spotting was gone......can anyone tell me what it is because I haven't had the chance to go to the doctor yet.....could this be a sign of possible miscariage or something else....plus i been doing exersice (not the best to do when you are pregnant).....help please !!!!!

usually miscarriage is really bad cramps.... and a lot more blood then what u discribed but maybe go to the ER just to be sure so u can feel better about it

I'm just about five weeks and had nearly the same experience... period-like cramps one day, peircing cramps the next and very little light brown spotting with fluid. I spoke with my Dr. yesterday - she said that 30% of pregnant women experience this and that I should just take it easy. She said to go the ER if it turns into a lot of bright red blood, but not to worry about this.
