I recently started having lower back/butt pains that were so severe i could barely walk.. i'm 18 weeks and was told most likely its a sciatic nerve issue and there's not much you can do about it. i sit at a desk all day for work so it does not help this issue but the pain is not severe anymore, just very uncomfortable and can be bad if i dont take breaks often and get up... any suggestions on things to help this out? like any exercises?
