Over the weekend I experienced severe gas pains for over an hour. They felt like contractions, coming every 5 minutes or so. I have never felt pain like that before from gas. I was in tears, doubled over from the pain. That was the first and last time that it has happened. I was wondering if it happens again is there anything I can do or take to help it. Also I have had gas throughout my pregnancy, but not with so much pain. It is embarassing and I was wondering if anything can be done about that.
