I have severe Fibromyaliga and am only 4 weeks pregnant with ungodly pain. does anyone out there know what i am talking about? i am wondering if this is even possible to do with fibromyalgia and not on any meds. I also feel like my right ovary is going to bust. is this normal?? i also have rheumatoid arthritis particularly in my knees most of all. I feel like my knee caps are going to snap.

Yes, I too am miserable. I am 6 and half weeks preg with my second child. We were trying to get preg again and I entered the worst flare I have ever had. We then decided to stop trying, knowing we may not have any more kids. I found out quickly that I was already preg.
I have never had pain as bad as I have had these past couple of weeks. I wish I had a way to help you feel better, or more hopeful. I am having to consider whether I can even carry this child. I can no longer care for my toddler every day like I always have, and now have to put him in daycare while I am at home. I am sometimes too weak to hold him.
I have also been spotting a very small amount, and at a very early ultrasound, it showed no baby, just a gestational sac. So I will wait to see if this pregnancy is even viable.
Is this your first pregnancy? Do you already have other kids? If this pregnancy basically makes you bedridden, is that financially an option for you?
Also, did you conceive while in flare?
Sorry for all the nosy questions, I am surprised to find someone else in my position.
