You ladies have blessed me beyond belief. I too am experiencing the loss of b___st tenderness. I am in my 6th week of pregnancy. After reading the postings, I will stop worrying and just wait until my doctor's appt. on the 15th of Feb. I know am comforted in knowing that it is possible to have a normal pregnancy, despite the loss of b___st tenderness, which is my only true physical sign that I have.

Can you have b___st tenderness a week after conception?

Erica - January 30

Yes, you can definitely have b___st tenderness in the first week, even in the first few days. It's caused by the progesterone your body is producing. Of course, it can also be a PMS symptom. Mine varied during my courses, and sometimes felt I was pregnant even though I wasn't. Good luck to you!!

dear all - thank goodness i have found this site. I have spent all day worrying myself to death. Heregoes - 1st pregnancy, am 9wk 4days pregnant and have bled on and off since i found out i was pregnant. Bleeding from red to brown, light to heavy. Had three scans already and at 6 and 8 1/2 weeks there was a heartbeat -the relief was immense. However, had heavier red bleeding yesterday and cramping though that has now stopped. Woke up today - b___bs less sore, no nausea (and over the past 2 weeks i've felt really sick) so am panicking like mad. Am going for yet another scan tomorrow to see if everything is ok - although i've convinced myself of the worst. Feel a bit better having read all of your responses to each other. wb - i've been absolutley freezing since week 4 - spoke to the nurse who said it can happen as the baby is draining everything from you!! Will post an update when i know whats happening to me!!

Hello everyone. I am 6.4 weeks pregnant and a currently experiencing loss of b___st tenderness and some faint cramping. It is so nice to know that I am not alone. I wish everyone the best of course, but to know that this has happened to others before and they have been okay helps to keep me positive. It is hard though. I have had two miscarriages in the past ....I am waiting for the doctor's office to call me back to tell me their next plan of action for me. keep in touch everyone!

i was wondering for any of you ladies that are pregnant if any of you experienced tingling feeling in the nipples. I don't have tender b___sts but today my nipples were tingling

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and barely had any change in b___st size. Weeks ago, my b___sts felt tender (only for a few days) but now the tenderness is COMPLETELY gone. I read that loss of b___st tenderness/soreness and nausea (which I still suffer from) could be a sign of miscarriage. I really hope everything is okay. My next appointment is on February 15. I'll return to this forum to update everyone then. Meanwhile, I really hope to hear updates from mothers/mothers-to-be whose b___st tenderness faded during the early stage of pregnancy. Do let us know how your pregnancy went / is going. Thanks ladies and good luck to everyone!

Hi Heart: Actually you are almost at the end of the first trimester and at a point where a lot of the symptoms subside. Usually by week 12 or so morning sickness subsides or goes away completely, as can b___st tenderness (it will come back in spades once baby is born!!!). I barely had any morning sickness with either of my two kids, even in the first trimester. Not everyone gets sick. Usually months 4, 5 and 6 are the best so enjoy it and don't worry!!!

Thank you very much, Karen E. Your response is very rea__suring. Funny how I want the symptoms go away (specially the morning sickness) but when they do, I worry something's wrong. All the best to you and everyone else in this forum!

Hi all - i posted 31st Jan. Well all is fine. Went and had ultrasound and am now 10 weeks. Saw junior having a good wriggle when my belly was prodded. They said i may bleed again and that it's not unusual for symtoms to diminish from week 10 for don't panic. Feel like i'm dragging my lame a__s towards 12 weeks!! hope all goes well for everyone

I am in my 5th week and I am so thankful to have found you all. My b___sts felt like punching bags from about one week after conception and for the past two days it has subsided considerably. It is nice to read that I am not alone and that this is normal. Thanks!

Katrina - February 12

I am getting ready to be in my eighth week tomorrow and I had the same thing happen to me. from like week 4 to week 7 my b___sts hurt so bad I could stand it. But now they dont hurt at all. I have had terrible nausea and extreame tiredness. I cant even hardly function. I was really worried because this is my first pregancy. I feel better knowing that I am not alone. I'll tell you what I cant wait till this baby is born... this pregnancy has been hell on me and it just got started. I am so sick I cant function. I guess i am in for a long ride.

Erica - February 13

Congratulations Katrina! Hang in there, things get better. Try some ginger for your morning sickness, either boiling some ginger root in hot water for ginger tea, or ginger ale (be careful of all the sugar, though!) I've heard this works for a lot of women.

i said i would post after i had my scan, all well, perfect size for dates, 11w5days, pa__sed the nuchal fold test and very definately pregnant. all nausea has gone and b___bs a bit tender today but nothing like they were in the early weeks and most days not tender at all, they have actually shrunk back to normal size (shame, i actually liked being a C CUP... back to b.... Good luck to you all!!! :-)
