i am 18 weeks pregnant going on 19 weeks and for the last 4 days i have had almost constant menstrual like cramping is this normal or what can be causing and what will help it

I am 12 weeks and last night after laughing really hard for 10 mins. I kept having cramps that kept coming and going for like an hour. I called my doctor and he said not to worry as long as there was no bleeding. It was probley streching going on and to take a nice warm bath (that would have worked if I was at home not work). You might be getting them more because your getting ready to pop out. Try taking a nice bath and see if that helps

Hi, I'm only 6 weeks pregnant but I have been having cramps for approx. a week and I wsa told the same that it was just streching and my body sorting itself out. If you get any bleeding though go to your doctor
