Cramping An Early Sign Of Pregnancy

I have been on the pill for over 11 years now and I went off of it on March 5. AF came on Mar 9. I have been experiencing cramping for the past 4 days (like menstral cramps) but only on the left side. I have also had an increased appet_te and have broken out (very unusual). Do you think that I might be pregnant this soon or is it just wishful thinking?

I am having some of the same symptoms. I got off the pill the begining of January and have had two irregular cycles. I was suppose to start AF on the 20th but have yet to start. I am having cramping. Esspecially when I start to urinate or if I jump or sit down heavy. It also is painful during intercourse. I have never felt this before, it is not like regular cramping and it has lasted approx. 5 days. I took a preg. test last night and it came up negative. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since January. Any one have any ideas?

Sounds like me! :) I got my + on 4/1 but had left side cramping since 3/30. Good luck!

I went to the doctor and found out I had an ovarian cyst on my left ovary. So I am not pregnant yet:( Good luck to you.
