Did you have them everyday for weeks at a time? They feel just like minstral cramps

These are apparently normal. I had pretty prominent cramps during the time that implantation would have been occuring. (around a week or two after conception) I've heard of people having them all the way up to about 10-12 weeks though. They should feel like menstrual cramps and they can be in your back too. Don't worry.

Cramps that feel like menstrual cramps are common for a lot of people in the first trimester. I even had them in my lower back. You should be fine. You may want to check with your doctor if they're not like menstrually though. Good luck!
