Dizziness And Headaches Help Me Please

just that day and night I'm headache central and sick...and headaches...please mama's help me

I've never suffered from headaches until last night. I woke up at 2am with a splitting headache. I was in so much pain. I got up, drank a whole bottle of gatorade and took a tylenol pm (which my doctor said was safe to take). I was able to get back to sleep. I neglected to drink a lot of water yesterday which I attribute to my headache. Just make sure to drink plenty of water. Talk to your doctor if it becomes a daily thing. Good luck to you.
