Hands And Feet Like Ovens

o.k. so the last 2 times ive been prego my hands and feet are swelling but the problem is this they are hot as h__l. i touch people and they complain about how hot they are. my hands also turn bright red on my palms. does anyone else have this problem or rather annoyance?

I read in one of my preganacy books that around 19 or 20w you may notice thst your palms are red due to increased blood circulation. It didn't mention anything about the temperature though.
