hi, im 38+ pregnant and i just want to know if its safe to have s_x after i've losted my mucus plug? my husband and i down use condoms, he ejects inside. i dont know if i have losted my mucus plug yet but for about 2 weeks in a row i have been having white/clear discharge when i wipe myself, it was slimiy and smells like bleach kind of. it has stopped now.

I think your discharge is just regular discharge. I've been having the same thing for months now. I lost my mucous plug about 3 days ago now. Trust me...... you'll know when it's your plug. IT looks like snot. And a lot of it comes out at the beginning and it might have a little blood streak in it, then it looks kinda yellowish afterwards. It really looks like the nasty kinda greenish boogers you get when you're really sick. The day after I lost mine, I had a dr. appt. so they stripped my membranes and from then on, my mucous had blood everytime i wiped. But it's slowed down a lot.
