I am 33 yrs old woman.I have such a bad lower back pain only on right side dring the time of my periods. It all started after the birth of my only child 7 yrs ago ..perhaps someone help me with my on going situation ( i dont like to take pain medication).

I 27 years and I have severe back pain. I have problems sitting at my desk at work and trying to work. My back pain actually prevents me from doing much. It pains in the middle of my back all day and my back support on my chair hardly does the trick. Is this normal or do you think i should see a physio?
