I have numbnes in a hand or foot occassionally during the day. Does anyone else have this? is it a problem?

Yes! I get it more at night, but my arms fall asleep and my legs tingle. If you hear of any good advice, let me know. One of my friends said that it is due to the increase of fluid in your body now.
