i'm 28 weeks along now and for the past month or so i have been really sore down there, i didn't think it was a infection or anything because it doesn't smell fishy or anything and it doesn't burn when i go to the bathroom. i don't go to the doctor 'till thursday. anyone know what else it could be or is it just a common pregnancy symptom thing?

jenna32, I will be 30 weeks tomorrow and have been having this pain now since July. Mine hurts worse at night when I roll over in bed or try to get out of bed, that is when it hurts the worst and some nights it is really bad. My dr. said that it was a pulled mucsle. Let me know what your dr. says.
