Stomuch Problem After Pregnany Or Delivery

Hi I am Sonia anand from Italy and I am suffring from a problem of bloated stomuch after pregnancy ,my doughter is five year old and after pregnancy I am suffring from this problem.I am takes so many medicine and product for weight loss and for flat tummy but no uses and I also used for gym but no use.please can you tell me but is the problem of in my stomuch.

If after 5 years and diet and working out don't help, I would say surgury.
