Swelling In Hand And Legs Won T Go Away

I have horrible swelling in my fingers and lower legs but not my feet. I also have a rash between my fingers that I'm assuming is from the swelling. It's so itchy. I'm also itchy all over but it makes me twitch rather than make me wanna scratch. Anyone have any suggestions or experiences like this???
