i have heard it is a blocked milk duct. however i am only about 10 weeks along. it is on the right br___t and i can feel it below the nipple and under it. today its not as bad b/c i have been using a warm cloth which is what it said in my baby book. just wondering if this is possible at only 10 weeks?
