I don't know what your pain is like but I have been having some pain too. Mind you I am much further along (37 weeks) and I am thinking mine might be because now the baby has dropped and is causing the pains. My pain is just mild pain, but before I was having Sharp Shooting pains. I don't know what they were and by the time I had a doc appt they were gone and I forgot to ask. The only thing I can recommend is if you are concerned about it check with your doctor at your next appt. If you don't think it can wait you can always call your local hospital or your OB and see what they say. That's what they are there for after all :)

im 22 weeks, and suffered with on and off numbness in the v____al area. the midwife had never heard of it before, but said it was probably the baby lying on a nerv. if your worried, speak to your doctor or midwife.

i've had v____al pain also. i'm 20 weeks. it comes and goes, but i think it is relative to the stretching going on all over. it hasnt really bothered me much, so i didnt really think anything of it. i believe it is normal though. remember, our bodies are totally changing. if it gets bad for you though, i would check with your doc. good luck

I'm 36 weeks and for a few months now every now and then I will get these super sharp stabbing pains.. I guess it's pretty common because I've read lots of posts on it from other people. Good luck!

Thank God...someone who is feeling my "pain". I was told it's called round ligament pain. I have had a pain in my v____al area, not inside, outside and it runs down by my inner thigh and up into my b___t. It's pretty painful and sometimes sharp. Mostly when I walk. I'm only 13 weeks pregnant...but they keep telling me it's all the moving around my body is doing. Like the baby/sac moving up from my pelvis into my abdomen. These are the answers I got...hope it helps. Because it hurts!

i have been having pains down there too and been worried. i am 15 weeks and hoping its just my body changing!
