I'm in my 18th week. When I stand up or walk, after a while I have a pressure in my va___al area that is uncomfortable. It sometimes feels like I have to go to the bathroom. I thought maybe a UTI, but the doc says no. Has anyone else experienced this

I had the same thing - the baby was lying in such a way that she was pressing on my pelvic bones and my bladder, when she shifted it got a little better. I am 34 weeks now and she is already head down and deep so I still have that 'have to go' feeling all the time. good luck!

I've experienced this too - over the last three weeks and I am only just entering my 15th week. It feels like pressure and like I have to pee - something like how it feels when you have a urinary tract infection - each time this has happened I worry if I have one - but I use the washroom a few times over the course of the hour and then it goes away. I'd say its happened about four times in the last three weeks. I'm going to talk to my midwife about it on Monday. Hope its normal.

I have had the same pain since about 8 weeks gestation...but it's not a feeling like I have to pee, it's more like when the baby drops down at the end of pregnancy. Sometimes I feel like my pelvis is actually splitting apart. Only thing that helps is exercise. Also, pain is much worse at night.

I have only 4 weeks left to my due date and i too have some pressure around my v____a area, the feeling of needing to go to the bathroom is completly different, that's just because your bladder can not hold as much urine because there isn't enough room with a baby pushing there.
