10 Weeks Along And So Nervous

Hi everyone. I'm 26, pregnant for the first time. I just found out last week that I am approx. 10 weeks along and I was(unfortunately) a heavy smoker up until then. This little(BIG) blessing has been the reason I've always needed to stop but I'm so worried that I caused damage. I rarely drink but I can remember twice in the past ten weeks I drank pretty heavily. The mood swings are intense already and I am increasingly depressed thinking about all this-- I know it can't be healthy.
I understand there is never a sure answer but I'm afraid and don't have women in my life to turn to. Please help.

Smoking can reduce birth weight if continued throughout pregnancy. The effects of alcohol are not caused by a couple of parties. Straighten out your act and I am sure things will be fine. Best of luck!
