2 Day Period But Negative On Urine Test

I have had normal periods every since I started my period usually lasting 5-7 days. In Dec, Jan and Feb I had a 2 day period that was heavy on day 1 and 2 then just stopped and that was the end of my period. I took a take home in Jan and Feb and the hospital did a urine test last night all negative. Me and my fiance have been trying and now we are confused has this happened to any of you?

hi i am just wondering if you have an answer to your question yet? for the last 4 months i have had a 2 day period starting off heavy then dissapearing. i have no pregnancy symptoms other than being dizzy and tierd. i did tests the first two months this happend but havnt taken a test since. this is strange i have always had a 5 day period?
