Normally my cycle is 27 days and last 4-5 days normal flow and 2 days of spotting. Last month december it came on time but lasted 2days light flow and 1 1/2 days of spotting I took a hpt but it came back negative. This month it came tuesday the 12 which was two days earlier It was medium flow the first day yesterday it was a light flow now today I'm spotting but only when I wipe after urinating. Could someone help me please.. I can't figure out What's going on? The last time I had sex was November 30

Hunny, you aren't listing any early pregnancy signs other than unusual menstruation so it's difficult to form an opinion. You probably had sex on cycle day 10 which would have been in the fertile window. On the chance that your hpt was too early you could run another. After that you are left with possible ovarian cyst or glandular problem causing a menstruation change.

I've just had a pap & physical in October everything came back fine. I have been feeling nauseous sometimes throughout the day but never vomit. I urinate more frequent throughout the night. my boobs have been feeling a little sore but not that bad only if i like lay on them or if u press them its been like this for the last 2 months. I have a 36 month old and when I was prego with her I found out when I was 8 weeks and I had one symptom throughout my pregnancy that was being hungry all the time and i would get up n the middle of the night to eat and now ive been doing that now i gained weight & a belly all at 8 months noone knew I was pregnant up until then unless I told them. Also I've been very bloated.

With that additional information another test is definitely indicated. This far along it does not really matter what time of day.
Keep the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy in mind. It causes a slower than normal rise in pregnancy hormone and the pain takes you to the ER in the next couple of weeks - better sooner than later.
