I just wondered if X-rays at a dentist's office are harmful to a developing baby? If they use a thick protective blanket to cover you would the baby be safe or how about X-rays of your abdomen? Can anyone comment on both? I've had both done but one before I thought I might be pregnant. But now I'm not sure if it's harmful. A doctor could tell me but that's awhile from now. I think both should be safe because the dentist was informed that I was pregnant. The abdominal X-ray was done by a hospital which said at the time I was not pregnant. Can anyone find out a quick answer for me?
