I am going to post this in a few categories. I'm getting tired of constantly spotting. I am nearly 16 weeks and I've been spotting on and off and having heavy hemmorrhages since 12 weeks. I have been diagnosed with a small but very active subchorionic hematoma. Every time my spotting clears up, I'll wake up at 2:30 in the morning just BURSTING to pee. When I wipe the spotting has started again. I know that my full bladder is irritating something, but I'm not sure that it's only irritating the hematoma. I was wondering if anyone else has had spotting related to a full bladder without having any added complications.
