Help Interpreting CM

I'm new to charting. I just started last month. I'm having a hard time determining the difference between watery, dry, and creamy CM. For me, it's never completely dry, but after my period ends it's drier than closer to ovulation. Should I chart those drier days as dry? Also, I'm not sure I understand what watery is. Last month it seemed to be creamy almost the entire month, with one day of egg white. Is that normal? If it's a little watery, less like lotion and more like a water consistency but still white and not very stretchy, is that creamy or watery? Thanks!!
