High HCG Levels Gest Sac 5wks No Yolk Sac

Hi,
I hope someone can help.
My HCG levels are over 15,000. I had an internal ultrasound yesterday where the Gest. Sac measured 5wks, and there was not yolk sac. Do you thin the pregnancy just never took/having twins, or just too early to tell. I thought I was 7 weeks yesterday (even before I heard my HCG levels) I am going next thur. for another ultrasound.
Please help someone.
