Hi again,
today i did other pregnancy test and showed negative.
I been to doctor 2 days back and they said my liver is fine, the sugar level is fine, no infections and everything seems to be in norm. I requested a ultrasound so now i am waiting for that. They gave me medicine for the vomiting metoclopramide and omeprazole. I am still confused because i keep feeling tired and feel my tummy bloated especially at night time and start having some chest pain and back pain.

The chest pain is not a usual post and it bothers me. A pain in the left shoulder for some reason is listed as a symptom of ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic will also result in slow rise of hCG hormone that the tests look for. If your doc has not mentioned this, see how she reacts.

i haven't been posting for long time but just though to update on my condition.
After you mentioned ectopic pregnancy i spoke to my GP and he said he can't do anything and i just have to wait for ultrasound which is 24th September. I was indeed disappointed but as didn't have sharp pain on left shoulder or sharp abdominal pains managed to keep calm till now. Since my last post my bloating has increased and by evening my tummy looks like small balloon is inside. Dizziness keep coming and going and vomiting is there as well. Last was on Monday. I had cramping as usual but nothing worrying. My urine tests for pregnancy came negative but when being so bloated sometimes I did feel that this is the case. However yesterday in the afternoon I start spotting as I started last month. It is absolutely the same pattern. Started in the evening and was only when wipe and by the night started a bit heavier. Still going on today but it is lighter than my normal period that I remember and it looks more like colored water. Sometimes there is some very tiny jelly thinks like clots as well but they appeared last month as well and they are very small so... Now I am not having any cramping or sharp pain which can indicate something bad ( i read miscarriages cause sharp strong pains and a lot of bleeding and the clots should be bigger as a grape or plum or sth).... just feeling tired and heavy and bit weird but that must be because i am a bit worried so just trying to be calm :(

Hi i just had ultrasound today and they said it is not pregnancy. They wrote a report and everything seems to be fine. In the conclusion they wrote: Both varies are normal size however both have more than 12 follicles per ovary none of which is greater than 10mm in size which suggest possible polycystic ovaries.
I will see my doctor on monday coz i still feel tired and dizzy and vomiting

PCOS is a likely answer. Write down all your symptoms and other questions before the doctor visit. You can also research PCOS on the web so you are more informed ahead of time. GL!
