hi, I got married last 1 1/2 yrs ago. I want to get pregnant soon . I had Laproscopy surgery 3 months back to remove ovarian cyst. Now everything is cleared and I tried to get pregnant on last month but it didn't happen . I do know whether its because of foods i have taken.I have heat body.My period date is 18th march .So I need clear explanation what are the best days to have s_x & foods i can take. I am expecting your revert as soon as possible.

There is no food you can take. If you haven't started taking a prenatal vitamin, start now. Eat regular meals. Eating a meal with your vitamin is a good way to help it not upset your stomach.
As for the date to have s_x...March 30 to April 3,and if that one doesn't work try April 27 to May 1.
Try to have your partner not ejaculate for 2 or 3 days before you try to conceive. This gives his body time to produce some good healthy sperm stores.
